REFUNDS

Keep in mind that we have multiple disclaimers posted on our website stating that "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" which ultimately means that we cannot refund an order.

What we can do is offer you either a different sized item or another item(s) of similar price of your choice in exchange.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

Please see our EXCHANGES tab if you seek an exchange for an order you made with us. If your order is approved for an exchange, we will provide the return shipping label to you via email. Once we have emailed the return label, you will then have 30 DAYS to return the original product. Once we have attained the original item within 30 days of receiving your return label, we will then mail you your new product.

If 30 days have elapsed and we have not yet received your original item, we will assume you are no longer interested in returning/exchanging your item, and we will NOT make/send your new order.

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed and produced 2-3 business days after purchase. It is then dropped off for shipping. Please allow 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS (14-21 for international shipping) from the order date to receive product.

 

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES
Due to different logistics surrounding the differing customs laws of countries, please note that there may be additional duties applied to the order, as The ‘Letics Apparel Inc. is not responsible for these additional fees. In the most extreme cases, shipping of the order will be delayed.

A tracking number will be attached to your shipping confirmation email informing you that your package has been shipped. Any questions or concerns please contact us at assist@theletics.com.
